The house itself is both luxurious and practical, and while decorated in a contemporary style, remains sympathetic to the properties more rustic and traditional surroundings. The focus is very much on communal living, with most of the ground floor consisting of the living and dining areas that move seamlessly from one to the other. The bedrooms are distributed across two floors, and each has been individually decorated in a tasteful modern style in keeping with the rest of the property. With a great private location near one of the most popular parts of the island and a luxurious and modern interior and exterior grounds, this is a great option for those wishing to stay in the northern part of this magical island.
The exteriors of the property are a highlight of the property, with a large stunning swimming pool and patio, cold water Jacuzzi, covered dining area with barbecue and additional lounge space.

Property on three levels accessed by private road through electric gates. Ground level: entrance leads to a large hall with the dining area and living room on the right, kitchen straight ahead, access to the ground floor bedroom and a guest toilet. In the hall, we also have the stairs leading to the other three bedrooms and to the wine cellar. The living room and dining area contains one large three seater sofa and one large easy chair plus a puff with a glass coffee table in the center and a large flat screen TV opposite the sofa area. The dining area has a wooden table with eight chairs. The living and dining area have access both to the exterior veranda as to the kitchen. The fully kitchen is also accesses through the entrance hall and contains a central island, fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, table and chairs that sit up to 4 people. From the kitchen, you access the laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer. The ground floor has a bedroom with two single beds (0.90m x 1.90m) pushed together and access to the exteriors. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower. From the hall, up half a flight of steps we have two further bedrooms: Bedroom 2 is a double bedroom (1.60m x 1.90m) and has a en-suite bathroom with bathtub. Bedroom 3 has two single beds pushed together (0.90m x 1.90m) and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. Up a further level we have the Master Bedroom with a King-sized bed (1.80m x 2.00m), walk-in dresser and large bathroom with a bathtub and a separate walk-in shower. Exteriors: Porch furnished with different seating areas and a large wooden table that sits up to 8 people for al fresco dining. Swimming pool (5.00m x 8.00m) with a separate cold water Jacuzzi area. Next to the pool is a separate shaded porch with a round wooden table that sits up to 8 people, a barbeque and an exterior kitchen with sink. Well-tended garden with large lawn. Outdoor parking for 4 cars.
