Can we rent for less than a week?
Generally most properties are rented for a week (Saturday to Saturday for example), especially during the peak season (May to October). However occasionally we are able to make an exception, for rentals of less than a week or allowing midweek departures, during the off-peak season (October to May). -

I have seen that I must leave the property at 10:00 am.
Are you flexible with this?Our departure time is thoughtfully established giving guests time to rise, enjoy breakfast and to prepare luggage; while still allowing the time we require for housekeeping to be performed and maintain our high standards. However if no guests are arriving on your date of departure, and with 48 hrs prior notice, we can be accommodating to a later departure time. -

Can we use a credit card to pay for the rental?
Yes, we accept payments by Visa and Mastercard without any additional credit card fee. For payments with any other credit card, please ask our team. -

Are linens provided?
Yes, linens and towels are provided. However not all our villas provide beach towels. -

Who takes care of my villa?
Each villa has its own assigned property manager who will take care of you and the villa during your stay. Properties usually include pool and garden maintenance. We will provide you with the exact information on what's included during the booking process, as each property offers specific services. -

Is there a security deposit and how do we pay this?
All our properties require a security deposit to cover damages, with the amount specific to each property. Payment of the security deposit is required 15 days prior to check-in. It will be returned to you within 14 working days after your departure, and when the condition of the property has been assessed to be in the same condition in which you arrived. -

What happens if we break something while we are in the villa?
Subsequent to your departure the property manager will proceed with a property inspection. We kindly request that you inform the property manager of any potential damage or actually damage that has occurred during your stay. We reserve the right to retain the full security deposit until the owner confirms there is no damage to the villa. In the event of any damage occurring during your stay, we reserve the right to invoice you for the balance within 30 days from the end of stay, or at such other time when the total cost has been determined. -

How do I pay for the rental?
You will be informed of all payments associated with the booking, namely the security deposit, the booking fee as well as payments to be made to confirm your booking:- 50% of the total cost of your booking for confirmation.
- The remaining 50% must be paid 90 days prior to the rental start date.
- Last minute reservations where the check-in date is within 6 weeks after the reservation date will require a 100% payment.

We do accept payment via credit card or bank transfer.

How will we know how to find the property and will someone be to show us ?
Once we have confirmed the reservation, you will receive a booking confirmation email. The email will provide all the necessary details such as: the property managers contact information, the exact address of the property and its GPS coordinates. We can also provide the driving directions if needed. -

What happens if we have a problem during our stay?
Should a problem arise during your stay please call the property manager in the first instance, then if needed, please contact us directly. We are here to make your stay as pleasant as possible. -

What is the check-in and check-out time?
The check-in time is 4pm and 10am for check-out. Villa Club will not guarantee a check-in or check-out before or after the stipulated time, unless specified in the confirmation of your reservation. In case you want an early check-in or late check-out, Villa Club can only confirm it at least 48 hours before your arrival or departure time. -

Are additional staff (e.g. maids and/or cooks) available?
At Villa Club we offer an in-house concierge service, available to you for any special requests such as: providing a private chef, additional cleaning a butler and more. We would suggest booking as soon as you can, so we can arrange to satisfy your request in a timely manner and to help us guarantee the availability of your desired service(s), especially during high season and possible high demand. -
