House distributed on two floors. The main house consists of 4 double bedrooms and two suites. On the ground floor, there are 4 double bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one between two bedrooms. There is an indoor courtyard with a dining table. Around the courtyard are the 4 bedrooms and a study/small living room. There is a large open living room with fireplace with doors that open out onto a covered patio with outdoor furniture. Next to the living room is the fully equipped modern kitchen with an island in the middle, perfect for breakfasts. The kitchen opens onto the outdoor patio and there is an outdoor dining table. Upstairs are the two master suites both with full bathrooms. One of the master suites also has a sauna next to its bathroom. The cinema room is also located upstairs with soundproof walls and a large L-Shaped sofa and projector screen. There is a separate apartment that has a double bed and en suite. There is a large swimming pool with a jacuzzi located in the middle of it (access by wooden bridge). The grounds are very extensive with a lot of open space for outdoor games. There is a stable with a horse and a trotting arena. Parking is ample with space for numerous vehicles.
