San Antonio is one of the island’s liveliest areas, and is well known for its famous restaurants, bars and local DJs holding impromptu parties on the beach and nightlife.

Split over two levels and occupying a superb private plot overlooking the bay, the house itself has been built in a luxurious and contemporary style, with clean lines, neutral colours and clever use of lighting inside and out. The exterior of the property is dominated by the beautiful infinity pool which looks right out to the ocean. Plenty of sun loungers and various shaded dining and chill-out areas make this the ideal place to relax or entertain at any time of day or night.

MAIN HOUSE

The house is split into three different levels. The access to the guest rooms are from the lower level.

Ground Floor

The spacious living and dining areas have been separated from the kitchen by a Japanese style door, which can be left open to create one large and unique space. There is access to the pool area via floor-to-ceiling glass windows and incredible ocean views from every angle, including from the large and fully-equipped modern kitchen.

Bedroom 1: The first bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200cm) placed together, and an en-suite bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has two single beds placed together, a walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom and a private terrace. All have exquisite views to the outdoor area, which is partially covered by a pergola where this is also an additional lounge area and terrace.

Upper Level

Bedroom 3: The master bedroom with a king-sized bed (180 x 200cm), an en-suite bathroom including a Jacuzzi style bathtub and a shower, a closet, private terrace and a small annexed study. Has unbeatable panoramic views and a private terrace, the bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub that looks out over the ocean

GUEST ROOMS

They are located in the lower level and all have their independent entrance.
